This house was built quickly due to its simple structure. Measuring 40 square meters, it was built by two workers and two skilled craftsmen at a cost of around 300+ dollars, including materials and labor. The front area features a large porch with a cladding roof. 

The room

 Come inside and see the interior. The room is elongated so it can be used for multiple areas. The front serves as a living area, followed by a dining area, and the back is the kitchen. The simple, minimalist layout is perfect for this space.

Safety door

 It’s crucial to create security features for your home. In this case, the owner added two doors at once. The first is iron, and the inner one is a closed wooden door. For added security, you can also add bars to the windows.

The bedroom

 One bedroom is elongated, allowing for essential furnishings such as a bed, shelves, and a desk. Large windows provide a beautiful view and fresh air. The cost of this entire house doesn’t include ceiling installation. PVC can be a great option for easy installation, a modern design, and greater durability.
