4 x 5.6 m (22 Sqm) Tiny House Design

— If a small house is designed in a simple yet elegant way, it can appear spacious. The 4 x 5.6 m house has a simple appearance and a minimalist construction. Facade Design

 

This house looks simple and minimalist. The facade of the house is white. this house uses a roof with a gable model that is cheap, simple, and easy to maintain. this house has quite a lot of windows so that The inside of the house gets good air circulation.

Bedroom

 

The house with a size of 4 x 5.6 is designed with 1 bedroom. Because it is not too spacious, the bed is made into a loft. The bed is at the top of the stairs making empty space at the bottom. The empty part in this room is then used as a workspace. 

Under the bed is also added with drawers and shelves for storage of goods. This room is also equipped with a glass window so that air circulation in this room runs well.

Bathroom

 

This small house is designed with one bathroom next to the bedroom. This bathroom uses a minimalist look design with white color. White color makes this small room feel more spacious. This bathroom has quite complete facilities, ranging from toilets, sinks, and showers. 

Because it is not too wide, this bathroom is added with a shelf mounted on a rather high wall, as a place to store toiletries. This bathroom also has a small window as an air vent.

Kitchen Area

 

This small house with a building area of 22 Sqm uses an interesting open space concept in the house. The living room and kitchen are combined without the use of a room divider. The open space concept makes the room feel larger, allowing you to move more freely. As can be seen, this kitchen area also serves as a dining room. 

The kitchen set is made with a single line layout and is placed in the house’s corner. Then there’s a dining table and chairs in the middle. in this part of the kitchen is also equipped with a small window as an air vent, and also a large window near the dining room. Large windows allow for maximum natural lighting during the day, making the room more energy efficient. 

Floor Plan

 

It would be incomplete if we did not discuss the full size of this house design after learning about the exterior and interior of the room. This house, as seen in the image, measures 4 x 5.6 meters (22 sqm), with the following highlights :


Livingroom, Kitchen & Dining area  : 4 x 3 meters

Bedroom : 2.9 x 2.6 meters

Bathroom : 1.1 x 2.2 meters
