The material
Why
does this house only require a low budget? It is because of the choice
of materials. The owner chose to use a combination of hardiflex. For the
foundation, strong concrete was used to provide safety and comfort.
Final look
Hardiflex
is applied to the upper wall area in white, giving the house a clean
look. To create a more unified look, make the concrete area look
similar. Make the concrete surface even so that at first glance, the
house looks like it is made entirely of concrete.
The large window
Since
this house is small (16×22 ft), it is very important to have optimal
air circulation by adding large windows on various sides. For the roof
design, cladding with white hardiflex trim is used to create a
harmonious look.
The room
Come
in and take a look at the room. It feels comfortable thanks to its
clean and neat details. The floor is tiled or covered with plastic
carpet for a cheaper version. Several vertical shelves can be added for
