\u00a0 –\u00a0Taking the concept of Japandi, the house was designed with the SPLOW house model which can be called a split grow house that looks slick. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Note, that a SPLOW house is a split house that grows along with the wants or needs of residents. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

SPLOW house itself is a manipulated house model that looks like 2 floors when viewed from the front, but actually, the architect creates a type of floor that counts as half. Like a house that has floors of 1.5, 2.5, and so on.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Exterior design<\/span><\/h3>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n

This 7.5 x 15-meter house looks stylish in its exterior design. It looks like the house has two floors, but actually, the house is built with 2.5 floors. The design of this house is typical of Japandi, namely white color and some wooden elements in some places.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terrace area<\/span><\/h3>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n

The terrace area adjacent to the carport has a clean and minimalist design. The terrace of the house has stairs, giving the house a distinctive elevation. Not only that, some plants around it make the atmosphere fresher.<\/span><\/p>\n

The living room which also has a design in line with the exterior, namely white and brown colors provides a warm and soothing accent. The compact design makes the living room feel comfortable and looks neat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bedroom<\/span><\/h3>\n

A wide enough window in the bedroom helps the room have good enough lighting. In addition, smooth air circulation also further increases comfort in this bedroom. Do not forget to decorate beautifully such as installing some ornaments or other decorations for an aesthetic room.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kitchen area<\/span><\/h3>\n

The strategic location in the kitchen makes a small room not feel stuffy and feels comfortable. One room with dining room, kitchen is also side by side with garden area. You can simply install a sliding door with transparent glass material to give the impression of looking spacious and airy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Although small in size, this indoor garden looks chic and clean. With a floor covered with wood material, there is one tree growing in this indoor garden. Not to forget the neat decoration such as putting some coral and other decorations.<\/span><\/p>\n

As for the balcony area, it looks spacious and chic with the presence of secondary skin. Not only that, you can design this balcony for a functional area. Such as for relaxing or gardening.<\/span><\/p>\n
