Before building a house, we need a house design plan. This is the design reference used for this house. In a simple modern bungalow style, this small house looks elegant. Let’s see the finished result!<\/span><\/p>\n

The owner shared some pictures of this house for our inspiration. This is the finished look. A simple yet warm home design for their small family. At the front there is a small terrace, perfect for relaxing. The roof uses a simple shed model but makes the facade more elegant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With a white base color, a clean look is created and certainly more eye-catching and modern. The bottom part is given a soft gray-blue color to emphasize. Then there are quite a lot of windows, to make the room more airy. This picture also shows some list of materials used, this house itself costs around 650K Php, and this estimate may vary depending on your area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a simple floor plan. Although the size is small, but there are 2 bedroom facilities, suitable for small families. The living room section is also made open space without partition for comfortable movement.<\/span><\/p>\n
