The structure

the outset, this house was built with a lightweight steel structure
that was quicker to install. However, care must be taken to ensure that
it is installed correctly so that it remains sturdy. Initial
construction involved work on the foundation frame up to the roof.

Material combination

To
make the house stand more firmly, concrete walls are used in this
house. Wooden door frames are used to create a warmer and more
attractive look. For the upper walls, lighter hardiflex is used so as
not to weigh down the frame too much. This hardiflex combination is also
an option for installation that blends in with the roof.

The result

Although
not yet fully finished, this house is ready for occupancy. The front
has an elongated porch that can be filled with plants for greening. The
sloping main roof allows for better water drainage and makes the house
much more durable.

The room

The
