— The recent spate of disasters has taken a toll on people’s mental well-being and caused material losses, including the loss of homes. Let’s pull together to build a small, decent temporary home. This house design measures 10×14 feet, takes 5 days to build, and costs just 20K. It could be the perfect solution for quickly regaining a comfortable, private living space as soon as possible after a disaster. For more details, check out “Temporary House after Disaster: 20K Only.”
Front View

Small
and affordable houses are the best option for limited land. Despite its
small size of 10x14ft and simple amakan exterior style, this house is a
dream come true for certain individuals. The front view is simple, with
a door and two windows. This home might also be used as a small
sari-sari store.
Side view

This
home features large windows, which help to keep the interior comfy.
This home contains one room, which is ideal for a shop. The roof is a
basic gable design that provides enough safety for the house.
Room inside

This
is the inside of the house. The room’s interior decor is simple because
it’s compact size, with bamboo seats and tables. The open-space design
with the kitchen is clearly seen from here. The amakan wall is already
lovely with its pattern, but you always can add some decorantion on the
wall.
Small Kitchen

At
the end of this house is the kitchen. This kitchen is very simple, with
a letter L table with a different stove and sink area, from wood
material which is cost-effective. You can provide curtains as a cover
underneath, then shelves so that there is more storage space.
